No.
You can use the Android application for free as long as you want. You can test the web application 30 days completely free. If you want to use the web application or cloud synchronisation you can subscribe one of our paid plans during the
trial period or after the expiration.
You are going to be asked to choose one of our paid plans. If you need more than 30 days to decide, you can send us a request.
You can find out more about our subscription plans here.
Absolutely! We work with Stripe which guarantees your safety and security. All site communication and data transfer are secured and encrypted.
You can cancel your plan at any time at your subscription profile (my.timesheet.io/subscription). You will have access until your account expires. After the expiration you can use the android application for free as long as you want.
Timesheet needs the contacts permission to access your Google Account to synchronize your data. You can change the permission settings at:
Phone Settings -> Apps -> Timesheet -> Permissions -> Enable Contacts Permission
The Synchronization can be enabled at your Account Settings. You can change the account settings at:
Phone Settings -> Accounts -> Timesheet -> Enable Synchronisation
- Enable Contacts Permission
- Activate Account Synchronization
If you change phones you can transfer the data as follows:
Create a Backup .xml File: Menu -> Backup & Restore -> Press "Backup"
This will create a file at sd-card/Timesheet/Backups/TimesheetBackup_xxxxxxx.xml
You can then transfer the file to another device and restore it with the second action on the "Backup & Restore" screen.
You have to pick the TimesheetBackup_xxxxxxx.xml file to restore the data. You need a file browser app to which can open .xml files (ASTRO, ES File Manager).
The easiest way would be to register for Timesheet Online. It will synchronise the data automatically between your devices.
Go to the Account Screen (Menu -> Account) and log in on both devices.
You can test the online Service 30 days for free. You'll also have access to https://my.timesheet.io
