About Timesheet
Who we are and what we build
Timesheet is time tracking software for small businesses, built in Vienna. Our aim is to make it simple to record working hours accurately and turn them into invoices, with less effort for everyone involved.
The team behind Timesheet
Timesheet began with an Android app built by Florian Rauscha-Quissek. Today, the team behind Timesheet includes Florian and his brother Alexander Rauscha, who specializes in iOS development. We are based in Vienna, Austria.
We focus on removing the everyday obstacles to accurate time tracking and billing: missed entries, repeated data entry and time spent preparing invoices. Personal relationships with our customers matter to us. Understanding how they work helps us shape Timesheet around their needs.
Working hours, overtime and employment models
Employees record their working hours and breaks, while managers keep track of overtime and project time. The same records feed into reports, Excel or CSV exports, and PDF invoices, reducing the need to enter hours more than once.
Working-time requirements vary by country and employment arrangement. Timesheet supports configurable employment models for contracted hours, breaks and overtime, so companies can adapt time tracking to the local rules that apply to their teams.
Timesheet connects time tracking and billing in one workflow. Employees can record hours wherever they work, even offline. Those records give the company an overview of working hours and overtime, and provide the basis for project reports and invoices without entering the same hours twice.
Who uses Timesheet
Our focus is small businesses: agencies, consultancies, service companies and teams working across different locations. Timesheet gives employees a straightforward way to record time and gives business owners and managers the overview they need for day-to-day decisions.
