About Timesheet
Pick the length that fits and adapt the text as you like.
Timesheet helps small businesses and freelancers track working hours and project time, create reports and generate invoices. Available on the web, smartphones and smartwatches, it is developed by a company based in Vienna, Austria. Teams can also record breaks, request and approve absences, and keep track of leave and overtime balances. Working hours and break rules can be configured for each employment contract. An AI assistant lets users log time through chat messages. Recorded hours can be exported to Excel or used to generate reports and invoices without entering them again.

Logos
Use the standard logo on light backgrounds and the white version on dark backgrounds. Where space is tight, the app icon works on its own.
Using the logo
- Write the name as Timesheet: one word, capital T.
- Use the files as they are. Don’t recolor, stretch or rotate the logo, and don’t add effects.
- The logo files already include the minimum clear space. Keep other text and graphics outside it.

Florian Rauscha-Quissek
Founder
Florian Rauscha-Quissek developed the first version of Timesheet in 2011 because he kept forgetting to fill in the monthly Excel timesheets his employer asked for. He released the Android app for free, and user feedback guided its further development. In 2017, he left his job to expand Timesheet with a web app and synchronization across devices.
Alexander Rauscha
Co-founder
Alexander Rauscha is co-founder of Timesheet and runs the company together with his twin brother Florian. He brought Timesheet to iPhone and Apple Watch with native apps. Their features include support for Siri, Shortcuts, widgets and Live Activities.
